Where a customer believes a payment was made in error, duplicated, or is otherwise eligible for refund under the applicable agreement or law, please contact us promptly with the invoice or transaction reference and a description of the issue. We will review the request and respond. Any approved refund will generally be returned to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

3. Cancellations & Project Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and changes to project scope are governed by the signed agreement or statement of work, including any notice period, work already performed, committed costs, and payment obligations. Please submit cancellation requests in writing to our contact email. No cancellation fee or refund entitlement is created by this website policy beyond applicable law and the governing agreement.
